The Toronto Sports Council is a non-profit organization that strives to assist and support the growth of sport. The TSC is recognized by Toronto City Council as the "Voice for Sport" in Toronto. The Toronto Sports Council promotes active involvement in sport and physical recreation and provides a network for sport organizations to share experiences and resources. The TSC Work Team

After receiving financial support from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the TSC has established a work team. All work team members, in addition to their own area of specialization, share the responsibility of growing and servicing the membership base of the TSC.

Kevin Arnsdorf - Marketing Specialist

Kevin joins the TSC work team as a Marketing Specialist. He brings over twenty five years of business and volunteer experience in the sport and recreation field to complement his MBA in Public Relations and Communications Management. Kevin will lead our marketing and fundraising efforts as the TSC moves towards the triple bottom line of business sustainability, increasing the return on investment for all our stakeholders, so we can truly "Engage and unite through sport". Jeff Carmichael - City TSC Liaison

Jeff joined the TSC work team as the result of our ongoing working relationship with the City of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division who share with the TSC an organizational commitment to resident focused services. Jeff has worked in municipal recreation for more than 30 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to the value of sport and physical activity in building healthier communities. Jeff is responsible for: assisting the TSC Board of Directors with the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies that address key sport issues in the City of Toronto; providing support to the six TSC Branch working groups; and working with the TSC Work Team. Tamara Roth - Project Co-ordinator

Tammy has joined the TSC work team as Project Co-ordinator after more than 20 years working in municipal recreation. Tammy has extensive experience in the development of community sports councils and understands the valuable role that sports councils have in community capacity building and citizen engagement.
